1. On what stage are the projects that “Madison Bulgaria” offers for sale?

We usually sell the project on stage “design visa”. It means that you are allowed to start designing the project immediately. The investor must choose the components of the PV system  (modules, inverters, mounting system, cables) and on their basis – prepare investment project .
Upon the project documentation you receive building permit.

2. Can you sell the project with a building permit?

If we have obtained building permit for a project it means that a project with certain solar modules, inverters etc. has been prepared. In case the investor wants to change a component of the PV system – for example decides to use another type of solar module, the building permit becomes useless and a new investment project has to be made.  It is reasonable to sell on “design visa” stage.

3. What if it is difficult for us to apply for a building permit?

We offer as an additional service - preparation of documentation for applying for a building permit. The investor just prepares the raw technical characteristics of the desired system and we do the rest.

4. What is the income from such an investment

In Bulgaria you are guaranteed a feed-in-tariff for a period of 25 years. The feed-in-tariff in Bulgaria  for electricity from photovoltaics is  0.385 Euro per kWh and for our region the real production per year will normally bring an income of 0.45 Euro per watt per year.

5. We have bought a plot of land in the region of Bourgas and we have received a report from the electricity company for 100 kWp PV project. Could you help us develop a project on that plot of land?

If for example you have land and statement from EVN (electricity company) to connect to their grid and the land is not in Natura2000, we can offer services in front of ministries, municipalities, mayors, architects, EVN etc. in connection with the project development.
